Frustrations continue for Jackson County Legislature during COVID-19 funding discussions
Jackson County risks losing $70 million to the federal government if lawmakers cannot reach an agreement by the end of the year. After three years of debate over how to spend $70.4 million in federal COVID relief money, the Jackson County Legislature introduced new bills and substitutions Monday to allocate the funds.
