India has reported a fresh spike in COVID-19 infections, with 948 new active cases registered in the past 24 hours. The total number of cases has reached 7,388, while 12,915 patients have recovered. Kerala remains the most affected state, followed by Gujarat, West Bengal, and Delhi.
